Christiana

Christiana Davis is a celebrated middle school language arts teacher in Los Angeles and a 2025 Teacher of the Year honoree for the Archdiocese and Southern California region. She is the author of Spaces (2019) and Where the Palm Trees Grow (2025), works that reflect her passion for culturally relevant and inspiring literature. Beyond the classroom, Christiana leads praise and worship at The Historic Macedonia Baptist Church and enjoys cooking, singing, and family time.

Where the Palm Tree Grows comes to life in this special read aloud, written by Christiana Davis and beautifully illustrated by Michelle Mayhall. The project was shaped through the creative direction of Nathaniel Beaver (Parry Riposte Films), with sound engineering by Drew Jacinto and animations by Jerome Harris. Published by Erica Castro of Daxson Publishing, the presentation is enhanced with music by Jon Garrett.
