Christiana Davis is an acclaimed middle school Language Arts educator based in Los Angeles and a 2025 Teacher of the Year honoree for both the Archdiocese and the Southern California region. A passionate advocate for culturally resonant and empowering literature, she is the author of Spaces (2019) and Where the Palm Tree Grows (2025), works that speak to identity, heritage, and voice.
Outside the classroom, Christiana serves as a worship leader at The Historic Macedonia Baptist Church. Her creative spirit also finds expression in cooking, singing, and exploring new places through travel.

Where the Palm Tree Grows comes vividly to life in this captivating read-aloud experience, written by acclaimed author Christiana Davis and exquisitely illustrated by Michelle Mayhall. Brought to fruition under the visionary creative direction of Nathaniel Beaver (Parry Riposte Films), the project features immersive sound engineering by Drew Jacinto and dynamic animations by Jerome Harris. Published by Erica Castro of Daxson Publishing, the presentation is further enriched by an evocative original score composed by Jon Garrett.
